As a savvy business person (quoted by others, not myself) I'm often asked the questions,
"How do I....
Get more blog followers?
Get more friends on Twitter?
Get people to my website?
Get more sales?
Get more people into my store?
Get more Fans on my Facebook page?"
I'm sure that you get the drift. It appears that many feel that there is some magical wand waving necessary in order for these questions to be answered. I must admit that it is frustrating at times since the answer is so very, very…

Valentine's Day is upon us once again and visions of romance and flowers fill many minds. As I've grown older, and somewhat wiser, my husband and I now profess our love to each other every day so I look at this Holiday from a different viewpoint. My artistic side has found an appreciation for the vintage Valentine illustrations which were romantic, inspiring and simply delightful. Most of the oldest valentine treasures are now in museums and rarely found today; however the Internet provides you…

What is failure?
What is success?
Is success when you have achieved your goal and reached the end of your journey; or is it the systematic process of reaching that destination? If it is a systematic process there are moments where we will not achieve our intermittent goals as we designed. There may even come a point when achieving the end result is in doubt.
So we stop pursing our original goal and change course. What if the new course takes us to places we didn’t plan on, deliv…

The Grand Galleries has accepted my art tribute to breast cancer survivors called "I'm Still Beautiful" to be exhibited in their next season. Exact dates will be set later once their new budget is accepted. We still have many details to iron out but the important thing is we get to do my show in our new home town. The plan, as it stands, is we will have a big opening night and the exhibit will continue for 4-6 weeks after. I also plan to invite a couple health professionals to give informal talk…

A wide variety of medical conditions affecting different parts of the body are relieved by mineral-rich Dead Sea mud and Dead Sea mineral salts, perhaps because the minerals found in the Dead Sea are essential to human life itself. Circulation, metabolism, and relaxation are all supported by Dead Sea minerals, and conditions as various as arthritis, fatigue, migraines, dandruff and eczema have all been shown to benefit from treatment with Dead Sea mineral products. Furthermore, these minerals ar…

This has been one of the best Christmas seasons I have ever had. I am surrounded by friends and they care about my well being, I can tell. My heart is filled with lots of warm wishes for others. During this season people are so much more caring of each other that I wish it was Christmas all year long.

Pill Vitamins vs. Liquid Vitamins
Everywhere you look, the issue of health, nutrition and fitness is plastered across our TV screens, magazines and favorite internet sites. More and more articles are appearing on the internet daily about the importance of supplementing Vitamin D and B12 and how these vitamins are linked to the prevention of certain cancers and other serious health issues.
The one thing missing from this discussion is what’s the best delivery system to use? One thing that any n…

For over a decade I have played around with wood carving. It started with a piece of drift wood and a pocket knife that I came across one day while walking on the beach. I played around a bit but didn't take it seriously. It wasn't until my first wife desided to look for greener pastures that I took carving back up. The carving away of strips of wood some how helped me work though what at the time seemed like the end of life. I actually was hospitalized and while locked up realized that I missed…

Food for Thought - “BEGIN WITH LIFE”
There are so many topics that need to be addressed in today’s climatic world, but where to begin?
So many of us legitimately worry about the things in our world, our lives and those of our loved ones; that we rarely take the time to pause for a moment, take a deep breath and look around. We may all come from different circumstances and face different challenges, but we all are given this short adventur…
