About Myself / Profession: I work primarily with invetors. I use investor money to pruchadse real estate, and i pay my investors 12-15% on their money which is secured by real property that has been purchased well below market or appraised value. Our relationships with local and national bank asset managers and R.E.O. department managers, allows us to do what we do, and do it well. Investing in our local market since 1985 gives us a large network of Realtors, Brokers, buyers and sellers gives us a tremendous edge.

Interests: I like meeting new people, going to events in the community. Love to golf, surf, hang out at the beach.
